Approach
How Lakshmi Durgaa Logistics moves your load: How a loadmoves with us.
Six steps, one coordinator, no surprises. This is the flow every job follows — whether it’s a single bulk move or a daily supply contract.
Step 01
Enquiry & requirement
You tell us the material, the volume, the pickup and the drop.
- One call or form is enough to start. We note the material type, tonnage, frequency, pickup point, destination and any site restrictions.
- You get a single named coordinator from this point on — the same person until the job is closed.
Step 02
Site & route survey
We check the roads before the trucks do.
- For new sites our team surveys access roads, turning radius, load limits, ghat sections and seasonal conditions.
- Remote and rural sites are planned with alternates, so one blocked road doesn’t stop the load.
Step 03
Plan, rate & schedule
A clear rate, a fleet allocation and a dispatch calendar.
- We match truck type and count to your volume, then fix a dispatch rhythm that fits your plant’s intake.
- Rates are agreed up front — per trip or per tonne — with no surprises at billing.
Step 04
Loading at source
Disciplined loading, weighed and sealed at the pit.
- Trucks arrive on slot, are loaded to the agreed weight and leave with documents in order.
- Overloading and under-loading are both avoided — one risks the road, the other wastes the trip.
Step 05
Haulage & tracking
On the road with a coordinator watching every truck.
- Dispatch runs round the clock. Delays on the road are flagged and solved before they reach your gate.
- You can call your coordinator any time for the position of any load.
Step 06
Delivery, unloading & close
Unloaded where the plant needs it, paperwork closed.
- Material is unloaded at the agreed point and the delivery is confirmed with you the same day.
- Weighbridge slips and trip records are handed over for clean, quick billing.
What holds it together
Three ruleswe don’t bend.
01
No delays
Timelines are commitments. We plan around problems instead of reporting them.
02
Any road
If material has to come out of a site, we find the way to bring it out.
03
One contact
A single coordinator owns your load from first call to final unload.
